Ordering

 

Hey, ARALUX BEAUTIES!! Thank you for viewing our Policy page. Our order processing window is 2-3 business days (Monday-Thursday), this means we process your order within 2-3 business days; we do not process orders on Fridays.

Processing time does NOT include the SHIPPING timeframe. Please place your orders in a timely manner to avoid future delays. During sales, processing time can take up to 1-2 more business days (one woman army here)

 

ORDERS PLACED CANNOT BE CANCELLED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND OR MISTAKES. REVIEW YOUR ORDER THOROUGHLY BEFORE CHECKING OUT.

 

 

Shipping

 

We currently offer both US Domestic and International shipping through USPS. Order processing time is between 24-72 hours. Once your order has been processed, it will then be shipped and arrive between 2-4 business days. We are based in Sacramento, California. 

 

For international orders, your package will take anywhere between 3 days - 3 weeks to arrive from the time we ship. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred. 

 

Please be sure to triple-check your address as Aralux Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect, closed, or undeliverable address. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect/undeliverable address and becomes "returned to sender," Aralux Beauty is not responsible for any shipping charges or fees. We're happy to ship your package back to a different address, but you will be asked to cover shipping costs for reshipment.  

**DISCLAIMER** Please be aware that Aralux Beauty is not responsible for delayed transit times once your order leaves the studio. We have no control over transit times once packages are given to the mail carrier. Should your package become delayed or lost, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier. 

 

 

Store Credit

 

We don't accept returns or exchanges due to sanitary + hygienic safety reasons, however, we do want you to absolutely love your purchase. Should you feel strongly about discussing a potential store credit, please contact us at info@araluxbeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We are more than happy to work with you to find a solution that works for the both of us.

Any packages sent back to Aralux Beauty without direct contact from us confirming the returning item(s), will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender. 

We do not assume responsibility for return packages that are lost in transit or packaged poorly. We do not reimburse return shipping costs or replace orders that are shipped with no tracking information.
